These terms apply when you use this website to request a quote or get in touch with Dave's Plumbing & Heating. By submitting an enquiry you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the enquiry form.
Any quote you receive is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final price may change if the job turns out to be different from what was described, or if extra work is needed once we get started. We will always talk to you before doing anything that changes the agreed price.
A quote is not a binding contract until both you and Dave's Plumbing & Heating have agreed to go ahead with the work.
Please give us accurate details about the job so we can quote fairly and turn up prepared. You are responsible for making sure we can safely access the property at the agreed time, and for telling us about anything on site that might affect the work.
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Where a deposit is requested, work is scheduled once the deposit is received. Invoices are due by the date shown on them.
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance. The content of this site, including text and images, belongs to Dave's Plumbing & Heating and may not be copied without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
